Digital products and courses
Because access is granted immediately, digital products and course enrolments are generally non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
Trainings and events
Cancellations made before the published registration deadline may be refunded or transferred to a future date.
Physical products
Damaged or incorrect items may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.
How to request
Send your transaction reference and reason to our support email; approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
